hotel gouging
Alot of NASCAR fans are saying NASCAR can't fill the stands anymore! Maybe one reason is the hotels, are raping the fans come race weekend. Example go to Super 8 in Florence SC right tonight and you can get a room for  $50.00 a night then check the weekend of the May Race it's $250.00 a night that's a  300% increase. Sad part is it happens with all the hotels at all the tracks. The tracks are not to blame they can only reduce thier ticket prices so much. The communites around the tracks need to get on board and make it affordable again. Mr. Fritz with the Richmond track is working hard wit the hotels and other services to help lower tier prices Thank You Richmond. Around Bristol it's $500.00 and up a night . No wonder fans are watching from home.
