Dover Gets New Pit Road
One of the toughest pit roads on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series circuit will get an overhaul in 2009.

Dover International Speedway announced that they will remodel the pit road in time for the for the May NASCAR weekend.

Gone will be the need for two teams to share a pit stall, because the track will finally add a 43rd to pit road. The pit road will also be wider and will have a new extended inside retaining wall that will be equipped with a SAFER barrier.
