 I think Tony Stewart is the best driver in NASCAR based upon racing skills.

Tony Stewart is the best race car driver on the track. Period. I can say that because he can drive a bad race car to a good finish. Most of the other "top" drivers can only drive great equipment, Jeff Gordon included. If the car doesn't drive itself then forget it.
