Reminds me of a 5 foot 6 man in a 6 foot world. Do whatever it takes to make yourself look good among lesser competitors. If you're that freaking good, go to the top, run with the big dogs. Dont feed those those who are saying "51 victories" etc, etc. Feed your car owner and sponsors where the real money is.

I do think it would be better if the NWS and Trucks had true series champions and not the slummin' Cup stars of recent years.
I know promoters want the Cup drivers plus the NWS and Truck drivers like to be able to measure themselves against the best.
I just think there should be a limit as to how many races a full time Cup driver may enter.
This is not directed at Kyle any more than it is guys like Harvack, Edwards and Bower. I fell it's OK for Cup rookies and part time Cup drivers to run in the lower series, but not the guys with full time rides.
I think it would benefit the lower series to have their own champions.

I somewhat agree wit ya here. They are just taking up space fro the lower echelon drivers. But, they do get a chance to run wit some of the bigger dogs imo...
Another point is that they just love to race. Ifin i was younger and in the series and had a chance to rum em' all, guess what???

Of the drivers who truly love to race, I have to respect Kenny Schrader's approach. He doesn't run a full NNWS schedule with superiou equipment. He just runs what and where he can a few times per week. He's a true racer who loves to race.
