It's a possibility. Don't leave out the blocking teamate.

You might have included Penske drivers blocking last year at some races, to prevent the 3rd place car from passing them.

Kannan giving the win to Dario, by letting off.

In the end, Marco won fair and square just like anyone else could have, and have in the past, under the same circumstances, under the same rules.

Don't forget that Marco had a legitimate 2nd at the Indy 500. He's the real deal, unlike Shamica, and gets his win in his first season.

Agreed

Ganassi's team would have done the same, if indeed, it did happen.

Marco seems to be for real so far.  Thumbs down on Danica (and her personality)

Without a doubt it was on purpose, Herta aint no dummy, he knows who pays him but it's no different then when nascar throws a yellow for kleenex on the track to let Dale Jr. have a chance.
