Hey has anyone out there heard any new stuff about the ARCA series for the upcomming year? Anyone out there know of any sponsors that are locked in for the 07 season?

What would you like to know? Last I heard Harvick is satisfied with dominating the Busch series and hasn't yet declared for an ARCA championship yet  lol. As for news?

Country Joe racing, the 32 car that had ROTY Blake Bjorklund, is searching for a new driver to develop. Kevin Cywinski has been named a partner in the organization. They are still not :factory" supported, yet still are a "development driver" team.

Mark Gibson has "teamed up" with Scherer and Scherer is moving his operation back to Georgia. The 4 car will still be a Dodge development team while Gibson's 59 team will run 1 driver the whole season. As of right now Ryan Howard sin't going to be that driver and sponsorship is pending for the 59. The 4 of course has no worries as it is the Dodge team. Cunningham is still, to the best of my knowledge,  running the team with Scherer being listed as the owner. I can update you further a couple of weeks from now when I start calling folks or even earlier if I get press releases from folks. Just damn, I talked to someone else today but I don't remember who right now..............

EDIT: I suppose you heard that Toyota will be in ARCA next year. Well they will be "officially" in ARCA, I had heard garage rumors that they were already there lol.
