It is going to be like the restrictor places... There are 43+ teams all interpreting the wings there own ways... Penske and Ganassi have made it an art to tweak these wings for there advantage in Cart and Irl... I think Nascar is trying to avoid some of the cheating that might go along with interpreting the rules...

I don't know about fishy, but it is a way for NASCAR to sieze some of the space on the car to use to put a big "SPRINT" (or the name of the next big series sponsor) on the car.
