If you are asking about pasting something on your post or quote, this is how I do it. If it is a linc highlite it and right click it and hit COPY. Then go to the message board and right click and hit PASTE. Another box will open with two things in boxes at the bottom. the left box will say: Allow Access and the right box will say: Don't Allow. Punch Don't Allow. Another box will open and it will state in it: Ctrl + V. Hold down the Ctrl button while punching v. The linc will post in the box and on the message. I also do this for items I want to paste.
