IRL Michigan Race To Be Replayed!

 The coverage that ABC,ESPN,And ESPN 2 of the Indy Racing League is pathetic they had to shut the race off for the World News, come on thats a joke, if they cant do better coverage than that the IRL needs to move to a new network. If it was Nascar or the Indy 500 they would show it all so come on thats terrible, makes me as a fan very upset. You can see the whole race in a replay at 12 midnight on ESPN 2, or listen live right now on indycar.com on the IMS radio network. I'll rewatch because the coverage of it is better its such a great race.

I agree-they should've shown it LIVE! I live about 90 miles from the track and I knew it would be delayed as I watched weather radar, but they stll could've shown it at 6:00 LIVE. Filthy Pissed [8o|]Angry [:angry]

That's nothing,

The radio flag ship station of the IRL radio broadcast (WIBC 1070) out of Indy shut down at 7:00 PM.

There was no warning, at 7:00 they interupt the race and say "we now tak you to.... and go to a base ball game (I think) they did mention that it could be heard on there sister station 97.1 FM.

But when you are 200 miles away you can not pick up FM the way you can AMAngry [:angry]Cuss [:cuss]Shakehead [:shakehead]

I'll watch the first 3 1/2 hours of whatever I have. Sad [:(]

Hey look, Welcome to Michigan and Danica Patrick... also sad.

Maybe the DVR on cable caught the re-broadcast, but it's a little late now to record the race.

Just one more thing that both series have as proof that they have poor regard by the networks and cable channels. If it runs long, CCWS or IRL, the stations cut away to whatever else is scheduled.

As a race fan, we get no respect!
