What I find to be curious is that they did not park Kurt Busch for a race after what happened at Dover and that was just as bad as what Ted did?
Is it where a different person is making the decision for each series? I would like to know the difference.

Complete garbage from where i'm sitting. I happen to be an associate sponsor for the Germains and I must say this is quite troubling.
What Ted did was wrong, I'm not condoning that behavior, but 50 points and 50k would have done the trick. parking him for a race will put him more than 500 point behind Mike Skinner.
Total inconsistency by CRAPCAR once again. Ted got scre-ed. Bottom line.

Didn't Happy Harvick get parked for a race a few years back for aggressive driving? Might have been Grand Nationals, or Trucks.

The first thing I thought of while watching Musgrave putting the bumper into the left side of the other truck, was whether or not that driver, who's name eludes me, had time to unbuckle his belts. If he indeed did, Musgrave got off easy. You don't pull a stunt like that when someones life may be in jeopardy.

harvick was parked for the cup race after pulling a bone-head move in the truck race. not sure we've seen that since or will see it again. that was a surprising call by nascar back then. happy was a little too agressive and nascar chose to sit him down for a race. not sure the seatbelt issue come in to play. it's a matter in consistency and it's just not there.
