How do they figure ties? 2nd place through 4th all had the same points. How does that work?

All the details regarding ties are in the rules of the game.
Also, it doesn't really matter in the RacingOne private league because 2nd thru 4th all receive the same prize, a $50 gift certificate to the RacingOne.com store

I know 2 thru 4 recive the same prize but 5th and 6 place also tied. I still don't see anything for RacingOne where it say's how their ties are handled.

I did miss this part.... (weekly shotout)
If two or more entrants accumulate an identical one-week score, those
entrants will split the combined value of the Weekly Shootout Prizes
associated with their original finishing orders. For example, if two
entrants tie for first and second place, the combined value of the
Weekly Shootout Prizes for first and second place (e.g., $4,500) will
be combined and divided evenly between the two entrants.
