I see many people have posted comments and problems here, but NOONE from racing one ever replies, one wonders if they actually even read them, or care anymore.
I personally think this whole thing has gone way beyond a joke!!
This used to be a really great place to come visit, with great people with great racing information.
If anyone wants to catch up with posters that can no longer log in and have just given up trying you find us/them at myspace and facebook.
I stop by most days but rarely even try to loggin anymore. I have tried both IE and Firefox(which I preferr), makes no difference, and I don't see why we should have to all this just login to one message board when all the others work ok!!!
Ok I have had my complain, not that anyone from racing one will read it!!!

You hit the nail on the head.
I have noticed the same thing; I've made the same complaints and received the same response. That would be nothing.
I have tried several times to provoke a response from a staff member or mod - Nuthin!
The greatest (lowest) example was the stupid poll they posted. It didn't even work for three days. Several members pointed out the ridiculousness of it, and yet nothing again from the staff. Not even an OOPs we're sorry and working on it.
If I was affiliated with this mess I guess I might be too embarrassed to show myself in public too.
I'm on Face Book also and we're alredy friends on MySpace.
I too miss the site.

On a more serious note, why can't they post here? Someone posted it is the software at R1. Is that the case? Is it their puters and all the trash they have stored on them? Don't know, does anyone here?

I do apologize if you have not received any response regarding the issues that the community is currently suffering from. If I had an exact answer for you I would definitely give you one. However, decisions regarding the community software are not made by the moderators on this board. As far as we know, new software is being tested and if nothing is feasible then they'll revert back to the old software. That is as much as I know at this point.
Again, I do apologize for the inconsistencies that you and others experience when logging into the site.

Thanks doc for responding I appreiciate it, and to the other mod that pmed me.
I cetainly do not blame the moderators of racing one, I do realise that this is also beyond their control. I just thought a responce to all these problems/comments members have would be nice, even if it is that you don't know. At least we know someone is reading them.
Lets hope we see some improvements real soon, before we loose anymore members.

I seem to be able to login fine, but this message box just dosen't load. so therfore I cannot post.
I was going to share some pictures from Bali but just haven't been able to post them, this will probably be the only one I will be able to make for another 3 months. So hello to all the good people of racing one.
I do still drop by from time to time, but I rarely can make a post so spend most of my time at facebook or myspace.
November came and went with no changes, come on racing one enough is enough!!!!!!
