I think she is probably thinking the same thing. Has she qualified for a race since she left.

She qualified 13th her first race out with DSR at Denver but nothing since then. I think DSR's PS program will just need time to sort itself out. I think in time Nickens is the guy to do this. Carlson has been sent down and will focus on testing and I think DSR knows the program was spread to thin right now and from the start. Richie is doing OK but I think these guys need to just see (and I think they do) that the rest of this year is nothing more than a test session at National Event tracks and just go with that approach. Build on coming out fresh and strong at the 07' Winter's and move on from there.

I agree about Erica - I was very disappointed in her and her father leaving in the
middle of the year like that. That must have been some carrot DSR waived in front
of her.

From the outset I have wondered about the possibility of something unrelated to racing or on track performance being the reason for her changing horses in midstream.

Good point Mopar! I don't know the answer either but you do have to wonder. Both Erica and her dad have said the goal all along was to have their own team so it just might be the circumstances to get there presented themselves at this moment so they either had to jump or wait for an undetermined about of time before the chance came again. Whether this is the case or not I don't know but your thoughts are dead on.

LMAO too Rick. Ole Bazie was a crying wasn't he. I love to see him be a drama queen!! As for Erica, I used to root for her and DC but now I just have to laugh at her DNQ's and wonder what they were thinking!!
