Well, long story but I need to do a background check on a ratbag that is causing major problems all over our wonderfull little community.   Any suggestions?  It will have to be a "no pay" deal so let me know and thanks..

I'd hire Magnum..although he needs a roof over his head and a nice ride....maybe not the best option.

Check the local courthouse....public records.

My company uses Kroll for background checks, but of course they are not free...

Start with public records at the court house and local police...
