Boy, good thing the Texans picked up Mario William

Kept Peyton Manning from scoring 86 on the Texans despite never coming within 50 yards of him.

HOU 24-43 IND. Congrats, Hou'ton, you are now the Trailblazers of the NFL. From now on, I will refer to Mario as Sam Bouie.

I still cannot believe they passed on Reggie Bush for a defensive lineman. I feel sorry for the Texans fans and players. It's going to be another lousy year.

It could be worse you could be a Raiders fan. I don't think the Raiders will win a game this year.

You're probably right about that. The Raiders are horrendous, they could very easily go winless on the year the way they've played so far.

I've said it before, I will say it again.

The Houston Texans were brilliant in passing up Reggie Bush for Mario Williams.

Just the FACTS.

Bush endures rough day vs. Panthers

......the first quarter of his rookie season has featured little of the dazzle he displayed in winning the Heisman Trophy last year at Southern California.

Bush's difficult indoctrination to the pros continued Sunday in New Orleans' 21-18 loss to the Carolina Panthers at Bank of America Stadium.

Bush lost a key fumble in the second quarter when the Saints were threatening to score at the Panthers' 18-yard line. He was held to 22 yards rushing on 11 carries. However, he did pick up 32 yards on a pass reception - his longest gain from scrimmage this season.

Mario finally super after tallying 1½ sacks against Miami quarterback

"Mario! Mario! Mario!"

Ah, the first salute to No. 1 draft pick Mario Williams, who had 1½ sacks and possibly the game-saving play on a late two-point conversion attempt.

"At first I didn't believe it," Williams said. "I didn't know what they were saying. I was thinking, 'They can't be saying my name.' But they were, and it's just something that was phenomenal. I thank the fans 100 percent for that."

YEP.

Mario saves the game for the Texans. Meanwhile Reggie............

fumbles?

Thank YOU New Orleans Saints Football Team.Laughing [:laugh]

Reggie Bush faced a good Carolina team.
Mario Williams faced a bad Miami team.

Although he did tip the pass that would've tied up the score....
