He tested the 56 Mac Hill Motorsports Chevrolet at Daytona, the same team he drove some races for last year. Not sure of much else at this point but considering it's a single-car Nationwide team it's just a good thing they even showed up to test at Daytona.

Agree with You 100%, Danny's a Smart Driver who takes good care of his equipment.

Danny Checks in as 8th Fastest in Drafting practice behind the wheel of the MacHill Motorsports #56 Chevy at Daytona International Speedway.
So far the plan is to run a limited schedule for 2008, unless Sponsors with big wallets are found soon.

I totally agree PainterDude, it makes no sense that David Ragan has a Cup ride.

I remember when Danny was on the "Racer X" program on TLC, Jack was impressed by Danny's driving but the Public Relations people said "Sure he can drive, but he's a Bubba".  Obviously some Nascar Teams are looking for "Pretty Boys" to drive,  whether they have talent or not.

Talent, Skill and desire don't count anymore, but if You Look Good, they'll give You a ride.  Sad for us Talented Ugly Guys aint it?Sad [:(]
