Ironically... one of my projects this winter is to see if I can put together a plan that would allow me to move to Indiana. Has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with Smoke... I SWEAR!!! It's more about wanting to find a career that holds more importance/purpose in my life.......... and a career in some area of racing would help fulfill that. AAAAAND.... I've been told Indiana is the best place to do that....

Nothing, I SWEAR!!! Smoke's just a novelty. Kinda like a lava lamp. As cool as it is.... I have no real need for a lava lamp.... Now......... Indiana on the other hand has several more months of racing than the northwest offers...... that I have a need for....

Realistically......... it would be completely easy to just pack up and go. I have paid off every single debt I have (mortgage, school loan, car loan, etc.), I don't have a man and kids I have to consider and I don't have a career that ties me to the Seattle area........

........ I'm just scared about being all alone. Fear sucks.

You'll be alone for all of about 10 minutes in Indiana...way too many fans for you not to make a ton of new, good friends....You're not getting any younger, so if you're going to do it, now is the time!

Post something on Indiana Open Wheel about your desire to move east... you'll be amazed at the response that you get!

Put on your big girl pants and step on out there. girl........

Jean and I have a 4 bedroom house and a basement. Sure we could rent you a room. We're 2 hours from Indy, 11/2 from Eldora, 1 from Lawrenceburg , 2 from Winchester and lots of other tracks within a few hours. Of course it is getting down to 29 degrees  at night and warm weather won't be back till the end of April. But, you take the good with the bad.

E3.... I totally forgot you lived in that area. Bonus!!  One of my fears is to get out there and be too poor to fly back home to see my family on holidays and stuff. I don't do well all alone on holidays.

Sprinter... haha... I've got big girl panties.... lots of 'em!!! Indiana Open Wheel?? Is there really a single white girls looking (for a job) section on there??? Hahaha. What's the address?

Hmmmm... so they have MrZero's in Indiana. Do they also have Costcos? I love my Costco.

All over the place. You get into non-wing racing, wings will take a back seat.

Best of luck in finding yourself Frizz-ball; whether it's in Indiana or wherever. If you do decide to relocate, with your love of open-wheel racing, Indiana would be a great choice. And as was already posted, you might fall in love with the lid-less style. Several of us are old enough to have known nothing else to start out, so we understand both styles.

AND, if you DO hook up somehow with E3, maybe he'll drag you along if he ever comes to Eagle.
