Quick Truck question.....

Was the Truck races on SPEED last year broadcasted in HD? I seem to think they were, but don't remember. I finally got HD access so I was hoping they will be this year. Thanks

SPEED will be going HD this year, starting February 6th...just in time for start of the new NASCAR season. That's not to say every carrier will have it right away...I believe Direct TV is a go, I'm not sure about COMCAST. ...best to call your server to find out if and when it will be available in your area.

Thanks for the info. That is who I'm currently with is Direct tv so I am in luck. Gonna be a great 08' season for HD. I don't have any of the local channels yet (ABC, NBC, FOX) but I have TNT, all of the ESPN's, and SPEED. That should cover most of the truck races and a bunch of the other ones. Now if we can just get Michael Waltrip out of the booth.........ah nevermind. Guess thats what the radio is for.

Its rediculous that someone who has had their back pocket filled with money, $50 million plus thus far, by a major auto manufacturer, the rice burners, that that person is doing color commentary for the Truck Series. If Napscar can't see how over-the-top his over-use of the word taayoota is and his constant plugging of Napa and that rent-a-couch busienss is during those races, then they are blind. Or else they don't mind, because that Brainless Brian France has also had his pocket stuffed with rice money.
DJ doesn't harp about his sponsors. Kyle Petty doesn't even mention his sponsors. None of em do, except this mouth waltrip guy.
