I had limited doubts about Ashley at the start. Eric didn't help things. But after two fires, she's held her own and done well. Will see her at Etown this weekend.

I'm not sure any of the Force girls have the amount of race winning desire required to win in FC/TF drag racing. They are already, to some degree, celebrities which may be more important than winning races. It appears the other two have basically dropped out of Super Comp after winning only a few rounds between them.

Met Ashley Force and saw Laurie and Brittney yesterday at Englishtown. Got a quick autograph and told Ashley she was doing a great job. She looked up and smiled. She doesn't say much most of the time.
I think she's in it to win. For how long... we'll see. Her future plans and goals may change. Courtney and Brittney never came across as being totally dedicated or ones who had a burning desire to do this. I could be wrong. Ashley is not like the younger siblings.

I believe Ashley is a legitimate threat at every race she enters now. Danica....not so much. Ashley's car can at least run the big numbers. It they could only get some consistancy.

Ashley Force won't be winning anything this weekend as she did not qualify for O'Reilly NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals.

You have to do better than a 4.92 in that Friday night session. They may as well stop qualifying after Friday until the summer is over. I've been to many a race at Houston where the pro stock field didn't change after Friday night's session. Looks like the fuel cars are starting to have that same problem.
