I've got just about every GMP and Action 1/18 th that has been made. I would like to get all the new 1/18th scale R&R cars that have been coming out, but I think I'll wait a couple of years until they start going down in price. I got the new TMAC 1/18th and I think the R&R cars are cheaply made, meaning be careful when you handle them. I about completely destroyed the left stearing arm just putting it together and I WAS being VERY CAREFUL!

The thing that sucks about collecting these things are the prices on those nice mirrored display cases. I looked 'em up on ebay, and geeez, they are a fortune. I've got too much money tied up in the cars to be able to afford to display them. Have to wait until the kids start leaving the nest to buy the cases.

I've got all the cars in the boxes wrapped in plastic in the closet. Sucks not being able to look at them, but I smoke, so thats the price I pay.

When you look for cases really check with a lot of dealers. I've found a big difference in prices for the same item. They can be costly though. The big problem is finding room to display them. We have a small room off our bedroom and my wife, thank God she likes them also, let me put mine on the walls. The problem is I've run out of room. Bought a glass table with several tiers and set some loose stuff and cases on it. Took me 4 years to get the displays the way I wanted them. Now I have to take them down to patch all the holes and paint.

Not sure what you mean by the R & R cars.
