Toyota too much horsepower? Hearing that the Toyotas are 20-30 horsepower ahead of the other manufacturers, and it relates to the new intake they were given to use this year. Also being told that officials are making the Toyota teams go back to the old intake in an effort to get horsepower in line with the other teams.(4-3-2007)

Hmm,  if that intake was legal for all the Toyota teams for the first four races...how can NASCAR deem it not useable at this point?  Just because Toyota has won the first four races this season...NASCAR doesn't drop the hammer on dominating maufacturers/owners in the Cup series.  In my book, legal is legal...the other teams need to step up to the plate.  NASCAR should not be penalizing a company that has found success within the given guidelines!
