All these new rules NACOTAR has implemented

No passing under the yellow line (ignored by NACOTAR often)
Green/white/checker finish
Red Flags to try to finish under green
No racing back to the line
Field frozen when yellow comes out
Supposedly to make finishes better.
Hmmmm...
Well, I guess if you like 3 or 4 crashes in the last 20 laps, it's better finishes.
LESS legislation is almost always better than MORE legislation
