Can we get an ignore feature?

Other forum software I use allows for users to "ignore" users at will. The forum will then hide the messages created by that user. Is there a way to provide for that feature in this community? I think it would make for a better community overall.

This has been a highly requested feature from many people. It is supposed to be included in the next major release, however there has not been a date set for that. We'll keep you posted on upgrades though.

The ignore feature is great for those with no self restraint who can't ignore someone on their own.

I didn't realize it took you that long to read someone's name....because, ya know (or perhaps you don't), that's all you have to read to know to ignore a post.
HEY....here's an idear........insist that individuals have permanant unique icons..........that way you don't have to mess with discerning all those complicated letters and stuff....just look at the purty picture to know to ignore the post.........
