Today the MLB said the game decision was wrong. The advantage goes to the hitter.
The pitcher must declare which hand he intends to use on that pitch and must stay with it.

With that pitch?
Let's say the pitcher declares right hand, and the batter gets in the box as a lefty. Throws a pitch, and the ball is not hit into the field of play for whatever reason....ball, strike, foul not caught. So with the next pitch, the pitcher declares he will throw his 2nd pitch left handed. Is the batter allowed to change?
Anywho.....I think I'd just bean the guy with fastballs if I didn't get to pitch from whichever hand I wanted to.

If a pitcher can switch-pitch, he must declare. The batter can change sides before strike 2. The advantage works in the batters favor until 2 strikes are recorded. Then he's stuck.

Maybe I missed something here. I saw him pitch right handed only. Did I fall asleep while watching the video?
The funny thing about this is that I clicked on due to the fact that I thought it was bi....sexual pitcher!!! What a thought huh? lol, transexual pitcher...
