I met Andy in January at the Rolex 24 here in Daytona and he is a SUPER nice guy. He was very friendly, chatty and full of smiles.
He is also a very talented driver. He races the #7 truck as well as drives for TRG in the Rolex series. Andy is a 3 time Rolex Grand Am Champion. He has run a few races in the Nationwide series in the past and also participates in the Koni Challenge. Andy will be racing in the #4 AT&T Crawford Pontiac for Childress-Howard Motorsports at Watkins Glen this weekend.
Most people will be voting for the well known veterans, like Hornaday or Skinner (I like Mike, he lives here in Daytona). But, I would like to see someone who is newer to this sport get it for once.
 I like underdogs!
So please, just out of the kindness in your heart, vote for someone who is well deserving. This will help Andy get his name out there in the NASCAR world a little more which will help them secure sponsorship in an era where sponsorship is very difficult for these smaller, not as well known, race teams.

I like hearing about nice drivers.  I have met some who were waaaaay cool (another one being Denny Hamlin) and I have met others that were very snobby.  I know many of them get MOBBED all of the time and that must be very difficult (like Dale Jr.  I feel sooooooo bad for him when he gets mobbed like he does).  I guess it is like any other celebrity though it’s the price that comes w/ the fame.  I understand they still want some semblance of privacy of course and sometimes people just have bad days.  But still it is always nice to hear how friendly some drivers are.
I have not yet met Musgrave, but I would certainly like to, especially if he a nice person.
