Tropical storm Beryl is headed our way today/tonight. Doesn't look like it's going to be too bad, but could be enough rain and wind to delay our drive to the in-laws.

Our daughters have been staying with my wife's parent's for the week and we were supposed to drive up there tonight after work. It's a 2 houor drive and I think we may wait until the storm has passed. Not to crazy about driving in heavy rain with all those nutso big rig haulers out there!

Yeah, it missed us.  Yipee!  Sorry you are getting it though. 

I remember the trees you lost a couple of years ago. 

Yeah, we lost 13 trees on our property during the hurricane a few years ago. Which reminds me, I don't think I've had those pics developed yet. Gotta get on that, we have about a dozen rolls of film sitting in the fridge to be developed.

This storm is not near the strength of that one, so I don't expect to lose any trees. Still sounds like there could be alot of rain though and winds could get to about 40-50mph.
