Florida stays strong, and Alabama found a new kicker after the other one tried to kill himself.....You didn't hear? Tried to shoot himself in the head three times, but he was wide right.

Miss. St. 17

Did they hold a weather delay because of lighting or because of the savage beating LSU was giving the Bulldogs?

Exciting finish. How Mangino didn't plop over with a heart attack, I don't know...

The Ohio State University pounds Drew Tate and Iowa into submission. Shouldn't be challenged again until Michigan comes to town...unless Michigan St. decides to show up and play in 2 weeks.

Auburn..not impressive against a weak SC team. People say the SEC is so tough, or maybe they are just all mediocre and beat up on each other. Not worthy of being #2.

Florida...they were ok...but not spectacular.

LSU-looked good against Miss St. as expected. Too bad they lost to Auburn or they would be a solid #2 in the rankings.

Michigan. Possibly the second best team in the country right now. Hopefully they come into Columbus unbeaten so we can take down 2 potential #2 teams in one season.

USC struggled with Wash St. Someone said Booty would win the Heisman, lol. Clearly not the same calibre team as the past 3-4 seasons but they should still win the Pac-10.

Michigan State. Yikes, losing to an Illinois team that was like 1-24 in the Big-10 the past few years!! That was very ugly. Drew Stanton can play but makes bad mistakes. If he played for Michigan or Notre Dame he would be a top QB. They are just so inconsistent.

Miami (FL). = Terrible. The U is so bad right now and I love it.

Tennessee. Looked good against Memphis.

Notre Dame had no problem with Purdue, who is a decent team this year.

Clemson-Go Tigers!! My personal second favorite school in the country. These boys score some points and are for real this year! Already beat Florida St and if they hadn't lost in 2OT to BC they would be in the top-10.

Texas smashes another cupcake. Yawn......

Georgia. Who cares....win a stinker against a lousy Ole Miss team. Not impressive at all.

Ga Tech in the upset over Va Tech. Now we can stop hearing about Beamer-ball for a while since they suck.

Oregon whips Arizona St. With the "win" over Oklahoma they now have a chance to make some noise in the Pac-10 and potentiallu upset USC, who isn't THAT good.

Boise St rolls again. These guys are fun to watch but they need to beat a top calibre team.

Rutgers-break up the Scarlet Knights!! Huge showdown with Louisville coming up, hopefully they stay unbeaten.

Gotta agree about Georgia.  They've had two weeks in a row where they almost lost to relative nobody's.  Next week is Tennessee and they'd better have their QB situation straightened out or that awesome defense might get too tired to bail them out.

It's a young team Hal. I like the potential. LOL I'm not betting on them being undefeated or even only losing two games this year though. Tennesee wants some payback for all the recent asswhoopin's and we just can't seem to beat Florida no matter what. That doesn't even count Auburn. While I love to hate that POS school, they are pretty tough this year.

Oh Terry? Gimme a freakin' break. The little 11 is weak as hell this year. You even said so yourself but were too stupid to see it lol. OSU and UM are the ONLY good teams in that conference this year. The rest suck. (unusual though for the little 11). As you so aptly put it, neither team will face a REAL game situation til they play each other. But man what a game that one should be.......... but then it almost always IS the best college game of the season.

Agreed 100%.  Just heard that Tereshinski might be back for TN but that's a big load to dump on someone who's been out for this long.

Damn. I hope Richt doesn't confuse the situation any further by throwing him back in the mix. I feel sorry for the dude that he got hurt, but I just don't think him "coming back" is in the best intersts of the team. Ah hell, maybe it is. LOL he isn't great and the other two are, just both equal and inexperienced. ONE of them has to step up and show the coach something of this is going to drag on for three more years and we won't be "great" while it does.  But then T-man isn't exactly "experienced" in game situations either. But he IS good and he DOES know the offense............. LOL THIS is why Richts get the big bucks and you and I post about it on a message board..........
