It's pretty obvious you don't like Palin, NWfan. You have posted many negative posts on her. Did she not speak in a very smooth language when interviewed by the very left wing, $65 million dollar a year Katie Couric ? No she didn't. So what. Obama without his telepromter talks worse than Bush. I didn't know it was a requirement that you must speak very smoothly and be glib of tongue to run for office.
 Seems like Slick Willey was very glib as he was sticking it to us.

You guys keep forgetting your talking to someone from the Northwest....they are just as willing to socialize and live under tyranny as the New England states are.  All you have to do is read HISTORY and see what happens when one willingly gives your rights up to Government!
However, in their arrogance, they don't think it "will happen here or to me."

I know that I can count on all of you for great responses to my posts.  That is what this board is about and what I like.  After all we are all adults here I would assume.  I am not one to chastize any of you due to the regions you live in, your heritage and personal beliefs.  What I am looking for is just what I am getting.  Intellingent conversation from all walks of life.  As you know I can take the heat and not lose any sleep over our conversations.

And if you really want to know, I will live with the ramifications of the election, good or bad.  And truthfully here I don't really care who wins.  I don't have a mortgage, don't have any bills and will be drawing social security by the end of the year.  Don't pay any taxes so it is really no consequence who the winner is.  It is just that when Palin speaks of her foreigh policy experience and talks of it being her neighbors of Russia and Canada.  Are you kidding me here?  You political savvy younger peeps are good at what you do, believe, and party or person you believe in.  You are definately in "the know" more than I ever would want to be.

Voted for President the first time in 68' and have voted in every election since.  It is apparent to me that the guy level feeling I have for Palin will not go away.  I am embarassed for the Republican party, for America, and for those Americans that will fall into the warm and fuzzy feeling they get from her.  Nothing personal from any of you and as long as I continue to think she is bad for this country I will continue to post those feelings here.  I will not take personally your reactions or statements here and I hope you will not take personally mine. 

May the best party win.......but do yourself a favor and watch the video with Kuric  and see what you will be getting, thats all.

I have to admit, I was embarrassed with her answer. I was yelling at the TV for her to stop and talk around the subject, but she kept on...and on. Let's face it she's target #1 for the media and she needs more experience with dealing with Obamas MSM. Every interview I've seen so far was a bunch of gotcha type questions.  She's still at the point where she doesn't know to avoid answering the question and divert/deflect, and keep on the message she want's to get across. instead of being lead into a trap by katie, she should have lead katie into a new line of questioning.

I didn't see this interview, nor will I watch any other interviews with her, unless they are friendly or at least neutral.

It's not the media's job to shill for one candidate over another, and all they've done is play gotcha with Mrs. Palin. She's going to make mistakes. Even the best still do.

Regardless of that, she's being set up to make mistakes and that's wrong. Therefore I do not watch unfriendly fire.

Sean Hannity's interview with her was excellent. Why you ask?

Because he asked her just about every question that Charlie Gibson asked her, with one caveat.

He let her answer the question and then moved on to the next. No gotcha.

Republicans have to run against their opponent and the majority of the MSM.

They've been glowing flowery with Obama and Biden. They attack McCain and Palin.

One other note. I didn't see a whole lot of press coverage on her "gaffe."  Could be the media was too busy trying to help Obama paint the economy as all BushCo's fault? Hmmmm.......
