How can We bring more lower Budget teams into ARCA

Call Country Joe racing. They are accepting resumes for a development driver. As to low budget teams in ARCA? They are already there. I see you don't follow the series. Ask Wayne Peterson or James Hylton about "low budget" ARCA teams. Don't forget Brad Smith or Daryl Basham many others. THESE guys pour all their excess cash into racing ARCA. Daryl will be driving a truck during the off season to afford the racing season. Anti Monkey buttt powder will give him some cash, but he'll be funding the rest. Although last I heard they don't run any ARCA races in China...........
