Actually had squid at a great Chinese restruant in Mason, Oh. last night. I prefer it prepared in spices or fried. Don't believe I've ever had Calamari but I know what it is. While in H.S. in Hawaii we used to buy and chew on dried squid. Rough on the teeth. Also had some of jlb's favorites, Sushi.
