HELP!!!! Nearly impossible to get logged on to pos

I'm not sure what's been going on but for the last 2 or 3 weeks it has nearly been impossible to get logged on so I can post on the forums. Tonight I wanted to make this post hoping someone could help me and it took me nearly an hour of trying before I got on. Most of the time I get frustrated and give up trying. I don't know what info you need so I'll wait to hear from you and answer your questions then. Thanks, Katie
