If my name were Ray Evernham I would feel her too.Big Smile [:D]

Ok, I go that out of my system.  The "Next Big Thing" these days among all the sanctioning bodies is the have a female race car driver.  As a result we have drivers who are rushed up to the top before they are ready.  In NASCAR we had the Shauna Robinson and Kim Crosby expirements to prepare us for throwing Erin into a car after a few wins in the lower ranks of racing.  The IRL promotes DaniMania on the strength of her 4th place pit finish in the 2005 Indy 500 courtesy of savvy pit strategy.  Consider the fact that Danica has never won a race in a professional car racing series and the IRL has already chewed up and spit out Sarah Fisher, another woman who was hustled up the ranks to the top level before she was ready.  Even ChampCar has gotten into the act with Katherine Legge being moved up after one season in Atlantics.  Sure, she won some races but she also wrecked her sahre of cars in what could only be described as rookie mistakes.  Last year she struggled to tame her Champ Car, let's hope she figures it out this season.

What Evernham should do with Crocker is give her a full season ride in an ARCA car, period. Maybe she oughta just leave Evernham and go join Hendrick Motorsports development group in the ARCA series. They could stick her in the #94 di-tech monte carlo. That is a proven fast car that needs a good driver. Blake Feese was terrible. Having Erin bounce around from series to series is doing her no good, she needs one seat she can call home on a weekly basis. I really would like to see a female driver come along that was competitive. And not just in the NHRA, I mean I wanna see a female driver come off turn 4 at Talladega in either an ARCA, Busch, Craftsman Truck, or NEXTEL Cup series car, take the checkers, pull into victory lane & take the helmet off with the head shake throwing the hair everywhere. Maybe a girl thats about 5'7", 135lbs, & looks like Kristin Davis. Maybe someone oughta make a serious movie about it, & not some lame comedy like what Queen Latifah did. For real though, out of all the females that I have seen race, Sarah Fisher seems to be the one who has been the closest to winnning a major oval track race. The IRL used her up & spit her out just like previously stated. I'm afraid that if Danica doesn't get her beautiful Andretti Green car into victory lane this season, we may see another case. She has no excuse this time, she has to put up or shut up. I saw alot of the IRL races last season & Danica was in contention towards the end of alot of races but she always seemed to back off a little whenever they were coming down to the final laps. Maybe she was scared or whatever, I mean that is serious intense racing going on in that series. I can't even imagine going 220mph wheel to wheel with all those other cars like that. Katherine Legge is lucky to be alive after that horrible looking wreck she was involved in last season. I know they're is a good capable female racer out there, maybe she just needs the right break. I think if I were rich, I would have one of those shows like what Jack Roush had called racerX or whatever on the discovery channel but it would be females only. The winner would get a quality ride in ARCA for a full season and then we would see what would happen from there. Girls have done a decent job in ARCA, I think it would be really good for the series.

I wonder if Jack Roush would let her call him "Daddy"Spank it [:spank]

Or even better she could turn for Theresa...

Seriously she does need consistent seat time and I think ARCA's probably the place.
