The operative word being "Tentative".

The season opener will be Saturday March 28th when the "Icebreaker Challenge" takes to the high banks of America's Home Track. There'll be a practice night the evening before. The regular racing will continue through the weekly finale on August 29th. The following Sunday evening will be the Nebraska Cup.

As of now, there's only 2 "specials" planned. The 'Bootlegger's Run Race of Champions" on Monday May 25th. We'll have 4 (possibly more) NASCAR drivers racing modifieds that night. Autograph session, all the usual amenities of course.

The other one is the biggie for us sprint car fans. The World of Outlaws will make their annual appearance at the Eagle Nationals on July 4th. Come see the fireworks on the track followed by those in the sky.

Add to the normal excitement at the fastest 1/3 mile in the country there's always something going on to give the fans that little extra enjoyment of their night at the races. Whether it be school bus races, drivers and fans attempting to see how high they can plant themselves on the velcro wall or mini-van soccer, you never know what you may get to watch at intermission or as an added attraction afterwards.
