I'll admit that's a pretty big score for the league, but wouldn't it be better to air the final hour and postrace, too? Sure, the start's important, but so's the finish.

Would be better if they showed the finish, not the start. Regardless, that's still cool.

As for the 24 itself, probably the last great race. Too many schedule conflicts at Le Mans, no one cares about Indy anymore and no one ever really cared about the Daytona 500. 24 Hours of Daytona is the only race that attracts superstars from the entire world of motorsports.

I agree the 24 hours of Daytona is the last remaning greatest race on schedule today.

Daytona 500 is like the other three Superspeedway races

Indy 500 has lost the lusk to me last year when it was filled with a bunch of Fillers that had no shot at a good run.

The Fox portion of the broadcast starts at 1, opens with a 30 minute pre-race show with the green around 1:30.

I think it's better to have them for the start -- that's when all the stars are potential winners!

Nice to see some action on the forum. Racingone will be doing extensive coverage of the Rolex 24 -- including podcasts, pre-event features, continuous updates and blogs to fill in what's missing.
