What i would like to see is Ford to plunge headlong back into Prostock racing useing the Mustang body and force GM and Mopar to also use mid-sized body, rear wheel drive cars instead of tin cans. Also they should all be forced to use corporate motors not after market power plants.Lets put the stock back in Prostock.

It's a PRO category; nothing wrong with the class. If you want stock, it's already there in SUPER STOCK.
Class E.T. Speed Date Driver/Car Location

I remember when the pro stock class created,it was awesome. The cars kicked bootie.Todays pro stock barely resembles that.Nhra screwed the pooch with the weight break/cubic inch rules.(designed to protect brand-x) I'll say it again, what is wrong with the pro stock cars running corporate motors? That is what the class was built on.As it stands now why don't we give them two stages of bug juice and call the class pro mod lite!A side note, the pro mods put on a better show and the Nhra knows this. That is why they are relegated to exibition status only.I am not an old grouch!!!!!

The FR500S is awesome! SEMA put on a solid show this year. Or rather, all the good ideas showed up at SEMA.
These Mustangs are sweet too.
