EXACTLY!!!
The problem for me isn't that another language is offered. The issue that gripes me the most is that now I MUST choose English in order to conduct business. Whoa there.

Seems most calls I have to make you can press 1 or 2 to get Spanish and can stay on the line for English, but yeah it is still irritatring.

The phones used to allow me to just wait if I wanted to "choose" English but they are changing. Now I have to hit a number to speak the language of my choice. And when I shop, I must select my language first in order to use my check card or credit card. The same is true for ATM's.
I don't like it. Not in the least.

If you actually owned a business and wanted the AMERICAN dollars from spanish speaking people then you might change your mind. But of course with your ethnic purity you would probably choose to forego the dollars spent by the huge spanish speaking population in this country and soon your competitors who weren't so stupid would have all the revenue and you would be out of business. Just DAM that capitolism that republicans are always talking about...........
