Cut and paste problem

I've been trying to cut and paste stuff into posts (like pictures from photo bucket and jokes from emails, etc.) put the paste option isn't even on the list when I right click into the post box. I get the directional box I usually see when I am on the internet (back, forward, reload, bookmark this page, etc.). Can you help me with that?

Same problem.
I finally figured out just to use the Edit dropdown box instead of rightclicking when I want to paste something.
