I like Tracy he does speak his mind and is not PC like so many drivers but to say CART had the most talented field in the world in 93 is just silly .

The 1993 field was so talented it included the reigning Formula 1 world champion, Nigel Mansell.

I personally think he doesn't deserve a Busch ride at all. This guy respects nothing. Him and his Champ Car championship win, that one year, are shallow.
