Anyone heard anything about Danny this year yet? I know he was told "feel free to explore other opportunities" at the end of last season.

plans for the 07' season are still up in the air. Danny is working very hard to put
together a package to get him in the seat some this season. The team is still

I spoke with him personally during Daytona testing a few weeks back - just like he posted on his website, he still has absolutely no plans for next season.
Roush Racing is trying to find him a sponsor (his words), but so far nothing has materialized.

Danny is A Great Guy and A Great Talent. He is a proven winner in whatever he races. What a shame that Roush Fenway Racing would rather field a car for a "Pretty boy" than for a "REAL RACE CAR DRIVER". (and yes I am a Danny O'Quinn Fan, I've watched him outdrive some of the best all over Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee) THIS Guy is a DRIVER!!!

Saw online today Danny is slated to drive a few races for a Busch team (Mac Hill Motorsports) other than FR. I have to wonder how FR is unable to find any type of sponsorship for Danny given he is the ROY and a talented driver. Not as if they are attempting to find Top $$$ for a Cup ride. Bet if they completely released him another team would readily pick him up. Too bad he can't get a ride with KHI.
