Mothers Day Champagne brunch for 65 today

Wow, what a blast that was. Lots  of champagne, 03' Stemilt Merlot and Chardonnay's and plenty to go around.

Tomato Basil Frittata with ham and sausage.  A very nice fruit medly and green sald and of course croissants.  Four layer strawberry shortcake that melted in your mouth with strawberry syrup & a dollop of whipped cream.

Here's  hoping you all had a great Mothers Day celebration as well.
