There's an excellent story on Roger in this month's addition of SprintCar & Midget. They stated he went in for a kidney transplant on Nov. 11.The kidney was being donated by his father. I tried to find information on how they are doing but couldn't. Do any of you know?
SprintCar and Midget outdid themselves with stories on Johnny Parsons and his retirement, Hooker and Rickey Hood and one of my alltime favorites, A.J. Foyt in 1974.

E3, I don't have the latest information, but the last I heard the transplant was sucessful and both of them were doing fine. You are right, that is an excellant article.

Thanks for the links. I looked them up and it sounds like both of them are doing fine and the kidney was a good one. He's fortunate to have a great dad.
