It was pretty awesome. It was really nice the tribute the gave to Dale too.

I know in the other forum, they were talking about not being able to sale tickets, but it still looked full. Guess when you sit that close together a few empty seats aren't noticeable. It was pretty cold, but other than that it was great. You see a lot more racing when you're there than what they show on t.v.

Just watching Jr. come back the way he did was awesome, his car was a lot better on the long runs and especially when the sun finally came out.

Great pictures G.  It looks like you were between Turns 3 and 4.  We sit about three sections before the Start/Finish line.  Sunday morning while driving in to park, I had to stop and let race team members go by.  The last guy to cross the street was Tony Eury Jr.  Then, after the race was over, Mike Helton, John Darby, Robin Pemberton, etc. walk down the aisle next to our seats to get to the crossover at the Start/Finish line.  We thought the race was so much better than last year's COT debut.

That's where we were at. My closeups were too pixelated to tell what they were, but they guy I sat with got the good ones. He got the good ones of the cars.

Sounds like you all had good seats. Ours weren't bad, but I've had better. That's pretty cool that you got to see the team members. Bristol's not a good track to really get very close to anybody.
