Sprint race cut short due to dry dusty conditions

I've been around a long time, seen hundreds and hundreds of local races, been reading NSSN weekly for 3 years (get it 2nd hand) and this is a first: Jerry Richert Jr, (a well-known sprint car racer in upper midwest) wins 15 lap 360 winged sprint car race in St. Croix Falls,Wis. The race was cut short by five laps because of dry and dusty conditions.
