I'm not spamming, EPSG. I'm just trying to get people active on this board again, and what better way to do it than to get them thinking about nicknames? I'm curious to see what nicknames fans come up with.

I guess you learn something everyday. I thought Sammy got his nickname from the way he "slammed" the high-banks of Eldora many years ago from an announcer or somebody like that.

Sprintcar nicknames to me aren't as colorful as some of the latemodel guys nicknames. Some of them are rather cool sounding IMO.Smile [:)]
