Screen Size
7/21/2006 3:54 PM

This is just a comment and I don't know if it can be done........

The old forum allowed viewing of the entire posting area without taking up the entire screen.  I prefer that, myself and never open a window to full screen mode.  With the new format one must open the screen entirely or else part of the screen is block and the scroll bars have to be used.

Is there a way to shrink it down to use without taking up the entire screen?  I know....you've got other major concerns, but I'd appreciate someone checking it out when you can.  It really is annoying.

The ability to set a default font would be helpful also.

End of wish list.

Thanks!

I use 800x600 pixel resolution setting and find this a tad bothersome myself but...

I agree with Blue Eyes. Having to use the scroll bar sucks! Imo we don't need near that much space for our avitars and other info on the left side of the screen. Maybe if it were smaller we wouldn't need to use the scroll bar so much. It would also be nice to have the Top and Bottom options back.

Ya'll shouldn't be complaining about the scroll bars , on the old forums you didn't see the whole picture and there was no scroll bar.

On the contrary, I DID see the whole picture on a smaller window that didn't take up the entire screen.  I didn't need the stupid scroll bars.  They weren't there because they weren't required.
