Old accounts, post counts, etc

I thought this "migration" was supposed to allow us to keep our accounts and our post counts.  I can't log in with my 081 account, and for some reason the updating email told me I have an account with this name...I've registered 2 names in my time with R1...Cdn24fan and 081...neither of which work now.

I know why the Cdn name doesn't work...why didn't the 081 name carry over?

yeah...me too...lost my posts count!!!  Plus had to add a 8 to nextelmom!!!!

Can you PM me my information from the old account also?  I have also tried to send you a PM asking for my information and have unable to do that also.

Maybe if we keep this at the top - myself (Linda) on the old board and NWFAN can get our new passwords PM'd to us.

Hey ya'll, I have read some of the other threads and some of the members with this same issue have had changes made to correct the problem. Maybe they just haven't made it to you yet! Keep the faith, your time will come!

We got another round of usernames and passwords out. If anyone else has an issue, first try to use the "forgot password" link. If your email address was up to date on the old boards, that would work. If that doesn't work for you though, then post a new thread here or send me a PM. Thanks. http://community.racingone.com/user/EmailForgottenPassword.aspx

Tried again and it sent me a password and I still couldn't get in .. said I had not been approved or something to that effect.

I was a previous member as "Ginridge" in the old forum.  Have been unable to bring this account back to life in the new forum.  Could have been that my e-mail address was not up to date in the old one.  I went back and changed it to the correct one and it sent me a new password, but I still can't get into the new forum with it. When I tried to create a new account in this forum it said I was already a member, so it must have transfered over, I just can't get into it.  Can you help me out here?  I would like to have my old name and post count back.  Thanks for anything you can do!!

Same problem...

 

Old username is Biestie... tried to get it to email me my password but I might have a different email since I joined.  I don't remember.  Please PM me new info.
