Busch went below the yellow line passing Cousin Carl in turn 1.
Is there a no passing under the yellow rule or not?

What about the who's leading at the last scoring loop rule?
I am not talking about the end of the race where the videotape declares who was leading. I am talking about when the caution came out when Gomer just got by Jeff when the yellow flew. If they go back to the loop, Jeff was leading.

Nascar knows that doing good before the chase starts doesn't matter.

So, are you saying that NASCAR is going to ensure that Jr. wins the title?

CMA -
Based on the screen cap that you provided, Busch appears to be on the line, as opposed to below the line.....besides, it's NASCAR that decides who wins in close call.......You should probably just let it go.....

Busch's left side is clearly below the line.
As for letting it go, there's nothing to let go. I am well aware that this is one of those new NACOTAR rules that allow them to manipulate the race results as they see fit.
Besides this was much like in the '07 500 when they "raced back to the line" because the wreck was behind them....except, of course, they didn't race back to the line Sat. night.

He went below the line to pass JJ at dega and win as well. Maybe they are saying carl crowded him and pushed him down thats why he got away with it at dega.
