Schatz will take second. More times than others, he always delivers a lack luster performance at the Nationals. Now, for who could win it. You can never count out Steve, Brooke Tatnell, TK, Joey Saldana, and Billy Alley looked pretty good in July....minus the "whiz bang" driving he did.

Didn't look like he had quite enough steam under the hood to catch that 11k last year.Looked like he did about all he could do,he searched around the track but just didnt have enough motor to gain on him.When he tried the bottom for a few laps in 3and4 he lost ground, but he had to try something.Better luck this year!

I believe if the 20 car (Paul McMahan) stays on all 4 until the end Saturday night, he very well could win it. I would love to see a 20, 15k, 9, 11k, 11, 25 finish,,in any order,,dont matter, just keep that 83 outta there,,lol

I wasn't saying Donnie was going to win... That Joey or Tim would be good guesses and in thinking about it for most of the money.. This could be the year that someone from IOWA keeps the title in that state. Terry could just jump up and bite them all .. not many kown that track better.

I would be surprised if donny gets a top 5, my first choice is a first
time winner who is not with the WOO or NST, second choice would be
first time winner with NST, third choice is first time winner with WOO,
if a repeat winner happens, hopefully a NST driver,, Ultimate dream,
some driver with an open trailer and a borrowed motor

I think it will come down to TK and Lasoski. These seem to be the 2 of the best cars this year. Lasoski is always tough at Knoxville.

Great week of racing all around,heard several people comment after the race that it was the best Nats. they had ever seen! Only bad thing is that were a year away from the Nationals again.
