We were on Laburnum before 07:00 AM but were forced by Henrico police to go another way, a bad start to two good races. Then we were again forced by Henrico police to use LOT "G" which is very inconvenient and not directly served by a tram. My wife's arthritic foot was swollen and "Guest Services" would not help her, even though we saw others being helped twice! When we inquired about the situation management basically called us liars. After ten years of attending every RIR event this may be our last.
